Delivery and Exchange Conditions
Delivery Terms
- Once the order is created, your products will be produced within 7–14 business days and will be delivered to cargo after the production is completed.
- Delivery time may vary depending on product availability and your delivery address.
- Shipping costs are covered by the SELLER.
- If delivery information is not shared or there is a delay, your product will be delivered to the BUYER or the person they designate within the specified period, not to exceed the legal 30-day period.
- SELLER is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by the cargo company.
- If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the BUYER must contact the cargo company and reschedule the delivery.
- SELLER cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur if the BUYER does not accept the delivery.
International Deliveries
- For international shipments, customs duties and additional costs that may occur according to the customs legislation of the country of delivery are covered by the BUYER.
- The BUYER is obligated to comply with all laws and regulations of the country of delivery. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for these matters.
Return Conditions
- Returns are not accepted for products.
- Only body changes can be made.
Conditions for Body Change
- Size change requests must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, unstained, unlabeled and returned complete with its original packaging.
- Shipping costs for size changes are covered by the BUYER.
- If the requested size is not in stock, the product will be re-produced within 7–14 business days and then delivered to cargo.
Personalized Products
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products that have been custom-made, specially altered, or custom-embroidered.
Damaged or Faulty Products
- If a manufacturing defect is noticed, the BUYER must notify the SELLER within 3 days of delivery.
- If a manufacturing defect is detected as a result of the inspection, the product will be replaced free of charge.
- If the product to be exchanged is not in stock, the product will be re-manufactured and prepared within 7–14 business days and sent to the BUYER.
Out of Use – Worn Items
- It is important to try the products carefully and cleanly, taking into account the possibility of change.
- Products that are used, damaged, stained or have broken labels are not eligible for exchange.
